Competitor Analysis
Envirosell experts spend hours in both your store and your competitor’s stores observing general shopper behavior, section placement, assortment, operations, etc. Client Store visits may include written reports and photo documentation outlining your successes and misses. A Competitor Analysis helps you “keep up with the Joneses” by visiting obvious competitors, and some not-so-obvious competitors. (You may be surprised at how much a fast food chain can learn from an amusement park – but we aren’t).
Planning Phase
Our research has shown us some of the hiccups that have, unfortunately, made it through the planning stages, been implemented, and reduced sales on the floor of the store. Incorporating Envirosell experts into the Planning Phase to review blueprints, renderings, design concepts, and expectations prior to build-outs will identify potential problems and streamline the path to profits.
Store Clinics
Led by Envirosell executive staff and offered to a select group, a typical one-day Clinic may start with a discussion of industry-wide best practices leading to an “on your feet” visit to pre-selected retail and/or service environments. The Clinic encourages executives to “live” Envirosell principles by actually seeing what’s working or not working in the real world.
Retail Workshops
Retail Workshops are "Science of Shopping" exercises that help you see your store though the eyes of your shoppers. Envirosell experts take clients onto the floor, break the store down to its basic anatomy, and lead an educational tour of how the environment is conducive to, or at odds with, a smart, fun shopping experience.
Think Tank
We lead clients through brainstorming sessions that may pertain to store design, fixture development and brand concepts. Sessions are focused on putting the most romantic and idealistic visions into practical, cost-effective plans without losing all of the magic. We also have an illustrator who documents ideas. We bring in examples from all industries and use the world as our inspiration.
